Without recording an unboxing video, issues such as product missing in the package, product broken by the courier or product difference are not acceptable - so to prevent misunderstandings, it is requested to record a product unboxing video.

After receiving the product delivery, check it as soon as possible and if you find any problem, then definitely report it to us in writing. If you return the product, the product must be in re-saleable condition, if any parts are missing or the box is damaged, the product return will not be accepted. If everything is in order, after receiving the product, the product will be checked and if everything is in order, a refund will be arranged within 72 hours. If there is any fault in the product, we will bear the delivery charge (if there is any additional courier charge of 50 taka inside Dhaka and 100 taka outside Dhaka, it will be paid by the buyer). However, in case of change of mind or dislike or other cases, the courier charge and other payment settlement charges will be borne by the customer. At the time of refund, if the customer has received any cashback and gift on that order, it will be taken back from the customer. If you need to return a product, you must properly box it or send it in a separate bag (no tape can be applied to the product box) along with all the papers, boxes, accessories, warranty cards, stickers, labels, gift items, etc. to our office address or send it by courier yourself or someone else. In this case, if there is an opportunity to pick up the product from your location, we will try, but in that case, you will have to pay the courier charge in advance.
