We are working towards ensuring that every purchase and every product you make is correct. Even after this, if for any reason there is a manufacturing fault in the product or the product does not work after receiving the product, the color or size is different from the ordered product, then there is an opportunity to exchange or return the product. In case of product missing or different product complaint, you must understand the product in front of the delivery man at the time of delivery or you must record an unboxing video. Without recording an unboxing video, issues such as product missing in the package, product broken by the courier or product difference are not acceptable - so to prevent misunderstandings, it is requested to record a product unboxing video.

At BUYUZ, we offer a 7-day replacement warranty on almost all products. We also offer various warranties for almost all products, which are effective from the day you receive the product.

The list of cases where returns, exchanges, warranties and refunds will not be applicable is given below-

1. If the product is burnt or physically damaged.
2. Any type of software or digital products.
3. Clearance sale products
4. If the product's intact seal or sticker is removed.
5. Undergarment items.
6. Any type of accessories or chargers or adapters with the product.
7. Any gift items or prizes that are given for free.
8. If the product has no scratches or stains or is not in resellable condition
9. Compatibility issues with any third party hardware or device or app or software that is not a default feature of the product.

After receiving the product delivery, check it as soon as possible and if you find any problem, then definitely report it to us in writing. In this case, email will be given top priority, but for minor problems or how to operate a product, you can call the call center or inbox us on Facebook for help.

If you return the product, the product must be in re-saleable condition, if any parts are missing or the box is damaged, the product return will not be accepted. If everything is in order, after receiving the product, the product will be checked and if everything is in order, a refund will be arranged within 72 hours.

If there is any fault in the product, we will bear the delivery charge (if there is any additional courier charge of 50 taka inside Dhaka and 100 taka outside Dhaka, it will be paid by the buyer). However, in case of change of mind or dislike or other cases, the courier charge and other payment settlement charges will be borne by the customer.

At the time of refund, if the customer has received any cashback and gift on that order, it will be taken back from the customer. The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the cashback amount. Click here to know more about our refund policy!

If you need to return a product, you must properly box it or send it in a separate bag (no tape can be applied to the product box) along with all the papers, boxes, accessories, warranty cards, stickers, labels, gift items, etc. to our office address or send it by courier yourself or someone else. In this case, if there is an opportunity to pick up the product from your location, we will try, but in that case, you will have to pay the courier charge in advance.
